Effective date: September 12, 2026

VARIVELLE respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to you when you visit our website, complete a form, apply for or purchase a service, or work with us.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

We may collect information you choose to submit, including:

  • Your name, business name, business email address, and other contact information.

  • Responses to the Operational Efficiency Assessment and Focused Workflow Analysis Application.
  • Onboarding information, workflow observations, supporting context, and communications you provide during an engagement.
  • Transaction-related information. Payment card details are processed by the applicable payment provider and are not intended to be stored directly by VARIVELLE.

Information collected automatically

Our website and service providers may automatically receive limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, timestamps, and security or server logs. We may also collect basic usage information if analytics tools are added to the website.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information.
Do not provide passwords, payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, protected health information, or other unnecessary sensitive data. Redact or anonymize personal information in workflow materials whenever possible.

2. How we use information

We may use information to:

  • Provide assessment results and operational snapshots.
  • Review applications and determine the appropriate service path.
  • Deliver, support, and improve the Focused Workflow Analysis.
  • Communicate about your request, engagement, or account.

3. Service providers and sharing

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, collect forms, process payments, communicate, store records, analyze submitted business information, or prepare deliverables. These providers may include IONOS, Tally, payment processors, and other technology or professional-service providers used for the engagement.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business reorganization or transfer.

VARIVELLE does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Tally forms

VARIVELLE uses Tally to operate assessments, applications, onboarding, and workflow-observation forms. VARIVELLE controls the respondent information it chooses to collect through those forms, while Tally processes and stores form responses on our behalf under its terms and privacy practices. Tally states that form data is encrypted in transit and at rest and stored in Europe.

5. Data retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining appropriate business and tax records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal or security requirements. Retention periods may vary by record type. We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for avoiding unnecessary sensitive information and using appropriate redaction before submission.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information VARIVELLE maintains about you, subject to applicable exceptions. You may also opt out of nonessential promotional email by using the unsubscribe method provided or contacting us.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
